PRODAO's development will proceed through the following major phases.

- Completion of PRODAO Mainnet (Layer 1) development: Building a proprietary high-performance blockchain architecture and basic infrastructure.
- Implementation and initial stabilization of the PoC (Proof of Contribution) consensus algorithm: Development of the core logic of the contribution-proof-based reward system and its application to the testnet.
